Forgot Your Password? Here's How to Reset It and regain your account access:
Step 1: Visit the Osokony Homepage
Go to the Osokony website.
Step 2: Navigate to the Login Section
Hover your mouse over 'Login and Register' in the top-right corner of the homepage to reveal the 'Login' button
Click on the 'Login' button to open the User Login Form.
Step 3: Click on ‘Forgot Password’
Above the 'Login' button, click "Forgot Password" option to access the Forgot Password Page
Step 4: Enter Your Registered Email Address
Type your registered Email address in the input box.
Click the 'Submit' button.
A Password Reset Email will be sent to your registered email. (Check your spam folder if it doesn’t appear in your inbox.)
⚠️ The reset link is valid for only 24 hours.
Step 5: Open the Password Reset Email
Go to your email inbox.
Open the 'Password Reset Email' from Osokony.
Click on the password reset link to access the Reset Password page.
Step 6: Set Your New Password
Enter your New Password and Confirm New Password.
Click the 'Reset Password' button.
A message confirming 'Password Successfully Changed' will appear, and you’ll be redirected to the Login page.
Step 7: Log in With Your New Password
Return to the Login page and enter your new password to access your Osokony account.
Additional Tips:
If you don't receive the password reset email within 24 hours, you can request another one by repeating the process from Step 4.
Choose a strong password that is difficult to guess. Include a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
Avoid using easily guessable information like your name, birthday, or pet's name in your password.
Change your password periodically for added security.
