Step 1: Access Your Seller Dashboard
Step 2: Access the FAQs section
Click "Manage Shop" on the left pane menu of your Seller Dashboard. This opens your Shop Details form.
Click the “FAQs” tab in the Shop Details form.
Step 3: Add a New FAQ
Click the "Add FAQ" button to create a new FAQ entry.
This will open the FAQ creation form, which contains two sub-tabs: "General" and "Language Data."
Step 4: Enter General FAQ Information
Click the General Tab to set up the FAQ identifier and status.
FAQ Identifier: Enter a unique identifier for this FAQ (e.g., shipping-time, return-policy). This identifier is for internal use and helps you manage your FAQs.
Status: Set the status to "Active" to display the FAQ on your shop page. Set it to "Inactive" to hide it.
Click the "Save Changes" button to save the general information and take you to the "Language Data" tab.
Step 5: Add FAQ Content
The Language Data Sub-Tab allows you to create the question and answer that will appear on your shop page.
Language: Select the language for this FAQ (e.g., "English").
FAQ Title (Question): Enter the question customers frequently ask (e.g., "What is your shipping policy?"). Use clear and concise language.
Content (Answer): Provide a detailed and helpful answer to the question. Be specific and address any potential concerns. (e.g., "We offer standard shipping within 5-7 business days. Expedited shipping is also available for an additional fee. You can find more details on our Shipping page: [Link to Shipping Page]").
Click the "Update" button to save the FAQ.
Step 6: Review Your FAQs
Repeat the steps to add more FAQs as needed.
Ensure all FAQs are relevant and well-written.
Check that each FAQ is set to Active for visibility.
Your newly created FAQ will now be visible in the FAQs section. You can edit or delete FAQs as needed.
