Organizing your products into collections makes it easier for customers to browse your shop and find what they're looking for. This guide will show you how to create and manage collections in your Osokony shop.
š” Note: Prerequisite: You must have already added products to your shop before creating collections.
Step 1: Access Your Seller Dashboard
Step 2: Access Your Osokony Shop Profile
Click "Manage Shop" on the left pane menu of your Seller Dashboard. This opens your Shop Details form.
Click the āCollectionsā tab in the Shop Details form.
Step 3: Add a New Collection
Click the "Add Collection" button. This will open the "Shop Collections" form.
Step 4: Fill in the Basic Collection Details
Click the Basic Sub-Tab and complete the following:
Identifier:* Enter a unique identifier for the collection (e.g., summer-collection, new-arrivals).
SEO Friendly URL:* Enter an SEO-friendly URL for the collection (e.g., /summer-collection, /new-arrivals). This is important for search engine optimization.
Status: Select "Active" to display the collection on your shop page, or "Inactive" to hide it.
Click "Save Changes" to proceed to the "Language Data" sub-tab.
Step 5: Add Language & Collection Name
Complete the Language Data Sub-Tab as follows:
Language:* Select the language for the collection name (e.g., "English").
Collection Name:* Enter the name of the collection as it will appear to customers (e.g., "Summer Collection," "New Arrivals").
Click "Save Changes" to proceed to the "Link" sub-tab.
Step 6: Link Products to the Collection
On the "Link" sub-tab, select the products you want to include in this collection.
Step 7: Upload Collection Media (Optional)
On the "Media" sub-tab, you can upload an image to represent the collection. This helps make your collections visually appealing.
Step 8: Manage Your Collections
The "Shop Collections" page allows you to manage your collections:
Click the "Back to Collections" button to take you to the "Shop Collections" page, where you'll see a list of all your created collections.
Check-box: Select one or more collections to perform bulk actions.
Bulk Actions: After selecting collections, you can "Activate," "Deactivate," or "Delete" them in bulk.
Status Toggle: Use the toggle switch to activate or deactivate individual collections.
Edit: Click the edit icon to modify a collection's details (this will take you back to the collection form). Remember to "Save Changes" after editing.
Delete: Click the delete icon to remove a collection.
