Step 1: Access Your Seller Dashboard

Click "Manage Shop" on the left pane menu of your Seller Dashboard. This opens your Shop Details form.
Click the “Language Data” tab in the Shop Details form.
Step 3: Fill in Shop Details (Per Language)
You will need to complete the following fields for each language you want to support in your shop.
Language: Select the language from the dropdown menu (e.g., English, Spanish, French). This is essential to ensure the information is displayed correctly to different customers.
Shop Name:* Enter the name of your shop in the selected language. This is how your shop will be displayed to customers using that language.
Shop City: Enter the name of the city where your shop is located in the selected language.

Description: Provide a brief description of your shop in the selected language. Highlight what you offer and what makes your shop unique. Use keywords relevant to your products and target audience.
Payment Policy: Enter your payment policy in the selected language. Be clear about accepted payment methods, processing times, and any other relevant details.
Delivery Policy: Describe your delivery policy in the selected language. Include information about shipping costs, delivery times, shipping carriers, and any international shipping options.
Refund Policy: Explain your refund policy in the selected language. Clearly outline the conditions for refunds, the refund process, and any time limits.
Additional Information: Add any other important information you want to share with your customers in the selected language. This could include details about your products, warranties, or special offers.
Seller Information: Provide information about your company or yourself in the selected language. This could include details about your background, mission, or values.
Step 4: Save Changes and Repeat
Click the "Save Changes" button.
Repeat Step 3 for each language you want to support.
